QJ-FTL

Dual FOV EO IR LRF UAV Camera 3 km Laser Rangefinder | QJ-FTL

The QJ-FTL is a compact multi-sensor UAV payload integrating dual-field-of-view electro-optical cameras, a 640×512 thermal imaging module, and a 1535 nm laser rangefinder. This configuration enables drones to perform wide-area monitoring, long-distance observation, thermal detection, and precise ranging within a lightweight aerial platform.

The system features two visible cameras: a wide field-of-view camera for situational awareness and a narrow field-of-view camera for detailed long-range observation. Combined with a high-sensitivity thermal sensor with ≤40 mK NETD and a laser rangefinder capable of measuring distances up to 3000 m, the payload supports reliable target detection, identification, and positioning in complex environments.

With a compact size of ≤Ø85 mm × 110 mm and a weight of ≤500 g, the QJ-FTL is designed for small UAV platforms used in surveillance, inspection, reconnaissance, and search-and-rescue operations.

Benefits and Features

The QJ-FTL integrates dual EO cameras, thermal imaging, and laser ranging into a compact UAV payload designed for versatile aerial monitoring.

Dual Field-of-View Visible Cameras

Wide and narrow FOV EO cameras provide both situational awareness and long-range observation capability.

Thermal Imaging Detection

640×512 infrared sensor with ≤40 mK sensitivity detects heat signatures in low-visibility or nighttime conditions.

High-Precision Laser Rangefinder

1535 nm laser rangefinder measures distances from 15 m to 3000 m with ±1 m accuracy.

Lightweight UAV Payload Integration

Compact ≤500 g design with flexible communication interfaces enables easy integration on small drone platforms.
